Urban H Hotel offers great value with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a prime location. Staff were fantastic - they changed room for me when I feedback that the air conditioning was not working.

1. room 104 (1 queen bed and 1 single bed) is very spacious. 2. the bathroom is spotless 3. the bed was so comfy and fresh 4. water pressure is the best (the room is at level 1) 5. free multilevel car park area

Staff at the counter were very well prepared, friendly, and helpful. I did not have to wait long at all to check in - went to the counter, passed my IC, paid my deposit, and got the room cards straight away. A refreshing change from other hotels I’ve been to where we’ve had to wait for them to check our booking in the system, etc. Nice that they had their own parking too esp. in crowded Penang.

The rooms are very spacious. The hotel is either new or recently furbished, so everything is sparkling clean. It's on a rather quiet street of the town so the area is really peaceful and calm. Yet there are many small coffee shops and restaurants around.

Quite new and clean. The lobby is good. Right hand side of the main entrance. The staff will call you before your arrival to confirm on the arriving time. During the stay, very responsive to the issues such as carpark and item replenishment. Very easy to get a parking as they have own parking lot. The parking is free of charge, just approached the staff for the payment will do. The room is quite acceptable as well. Quite comfy. Tv doesn’t really good😂 bring own laptop or hdmi cable for own shows😂

Location is good for me and my family. It's not in the busy area of georgetown so its quiet and not crowded but also chulia, armenian, and other tourist areas are within walking distance (~1 km). the service from the staff is excellent, even the building security was very helpful when we checked out at 3 am to catch our flight. the hotel is a good option for families traveling to georgetown on a budget but would still appreciate decent accommodation.

Ample parking space, was the important thing why I tried this place. Room wifi was good, room itself was also good, clean, enough toiletries and have kettle, fridge and a safe. Across from the hotel there are a number of eateries so it was convenient. There was also a convenience store nearby if need anything else. Peaceful, quiet environment so it is good when coming to stay for work. There's a gym too which was good.
